FEATURES

Visual World SMART BLOCK series integrated led module is customized for indoor/outdoor use. High precision and waterproof modules, magnetic front access, 45°module edges to make concave/convex screen, synchronous transmission of power & signal, less messy cables, good heat dissipation. High brightness and excellent visual performance.

1. DIECASTING ALUMINUM

CNC diecasting aluminum frame, strong and durable. Heat sink design at the power box speeds up the heat dissipation.

2. FRONT MAINTENANCE

Magnetic led modules strongly connect to the module frame. Safety rope is optional to tighten the connection.

3. POWER BOX INTEGRATION

The power supply, receiving card and hub are integrated into the 320x320mm module, which makes the module can be used as a single panel.

4. CONCURVED VIDEO WALL

The edges of the module are 45° beveled edge treatment. Which allows the module to build 90°straight corner, concave/convex video wall.

5. 2-in-1 TRANSMISSION CABLE

Customized 2 in 1 cable and waterproof connectors ensure simultaneous transmission of the power and signal.

SMART BLOCK Installation Step (Hoisting)

1- Assembling according to the arrow direction on the frames.

2- Use the hexagon screws to fix 320mm x 320mm frames.

3- After assembling the frames, lock the lifting ring and hoist it.

4- After hoisting the frames, assemble modules and then connect cables between modules (please lock the security rope first to avoid module droping)

Front maintenance:

Hold the air vacuum tool switch for 2-3 seconds. Start and place the tool on the module, then pull the tool, the module will be removed together.

Replace the module and install it in the frame, just place the module near the frame, it will connect automatically by magnets.
