Q1. How to fix the LED film display on the glass?

A1: 1) First use the laser beacon to mark the position

2) Plan the arrangement order of the panel.

3) Keep the glass clean and dry.

4) Remove the protective film on the panel.

5) Stick the panel and scrape it with roller several times to squeeze out the bubbles inside
Q2: Are you manufacturer of LED display. If yes, in which city?
A2: Yes, Our factory with 3000 square meters. And we're in SHENZHEN city, GUANGDONG Province.
Q3: May I know the package details?
A3: For fixed installation, we use wooden case, usually 2 or 4 cabinets in 1 wooden case;
For rental market, we suggest you use flight case, generally 8 cabinets in one flight case.
It's safe to protect the screen on the way, also economical.
Q4: Can it play HD video?
A4: Yes, it can realize HD video function with Linsn/nova controlling system
Q5: What's the controlling system?
A5: Our standard controlling system for this model is Linsn/ Novastar. Also support other controlling system, like Xixun, TF, Colorlight, etc.
Q6: What's the difference between DIP(1R1G1B) and sSMD(One LED, 3 in 1)?
A6: SMD(One LED, 3 in 1) LED Display, one pixel has one LED lamp, 3 LED chips in one LED Lamp;
Traditional DIP( 1R1G1B) use 3 LED Lamp in one pixel.
SMD(One LED), reduced the LED on the screens, it reduced grainy of the screen, and improve the uniform of the screen, this will make the screen have a more wide viewing angle and smooth image. With the technology advanced and SMD brightness improved, SMD is more and more used outdoor.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A7: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new module with new order for small quantity.

For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution

including re-call according to real situation.
