Ningbo energy-saving intelligent lighting production line LED module light board successfully produced off the line

The key production link in the intelligent lighting production line of KEChuan Group Ningbo Energy Saving Company - the first 50 watt LED module light board of the SMT patch production line was successfully trial-produced.

The light board is independently drawn and designed by Ningbo Energy Saving Company, using high thermal conductivity aluminum substrate and high light efficiency lamp beads, on the basis of ensuring light quality, the light efficiency of the bare light board reaches 180 lumens/watt or more.

The lamp board is suitable for all kinds of modular LED lamps. Through many experimental data demonstration, under the same illumination condition, it is expected to save more than 50% energy than the traditional high-pressure sodium lamps widely used in industrial and mining power plants, road lighting, airport terminals, etc., and can accept the color rendering index customization in the range of 70~98, to meet the needs of different customers and actual application scenarios.

The lamp board also has an advantage in terms of production efficiency, and the welding cavity rate of most similar products on the market is 15%, and the welding cavity rate of the lamp board is about 10%. Next, the company will further optimize the material and process, and strive to control the cavity rate within 5% in the second on-line trial production.

The completion of SMT patch production is the first and most critical step in the production of intelligent lighting lamps based on iDCS system independently developed by the company with complete independent intellectual property rights, and is the most important part of the quality of LED products. This high-quality trial production has laid a good foundation for the assembly of subsequent lamp shell lamp boards, self-developed intelligent modules, power supplies and other accessories, as well as the production of intelligent whole lamps at the end of June.
