According to Leyard's official account, on May 14, the main structure of Leyard Changsha LED Industrial Park was fully capped in Changsha Wangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, marking the completion of Leyard's intelligent manufacturing digital factory with a total construction area of 66,000 square meters.

It is reported that the total investment of Leyard Changsha LED Industrial Park project is 1 billion yuan, covering multi-story factory buildings, supporting service buildings, turnover warehouses and other facilities. It is an intelligent industrial base integrating LED smart display equipment, 5G smart lighting, and optoelectronic industry chain research and development and production. After the project is fully put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 2 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of more than 60 million yuan.

In terms of digital factory construction, Leyard Changsha LED Industrial Park has introduced advanced equipment such as intelligent robots and automated production lines, built APS advanced planning and scheduling system, MES manufacturing execution system, WMS intelligent warehousing system, implemented "embedded" integration into the entire production process, and promoted the digital and intelligent transformation of industry;

In terms of intelligence, the factory is built in accordance with the Industry 4.0 standard, which can adapt to the production needs of large-scale LED intelligent display equipment, equipped with intelligent manufacturing and testing systems, and realize automatic chain high-speed production of products;

In terms of space design, Leyard Changsha LED Industrial Park closely connects the production area with the living area, realizes the organic coordination of research, production, storage and living, and builds a one-stop high-end manufacturing and innovation service platform with complete facilities and functions for Leyard.
