Chenxian Optoelectronics Presents The World's Thinnest TFT Micro-LED Display

With a deep insight into the development trend of Micro-LED technology, Chenxian Optoelectronics has continued to create a wealth of high-end Micro-LED products with TFT as the main technical route. Since this year alone, Chenxian Optoelectronics has successively released the world's first mass-produced 135-inch P0.7 Micro-LED splicing screen, the world's first 88-inch P0.5 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen and other products, allowing the industry to see Chenxian Optoelectronics' answers to cracking the mass production application of Micro-LED.
At the InfoComm China 2025 exhibition, Chenxian Optoelectronics once again brought its latest mass-produced masterpiece - the world's thinnest TFT-based Micro-LED cabinet. The thinnest part of the entire cabinet is less than 10mm, achieving a "0" micron physical seam and a height difference of less than 10 microns, breaking the record again, and making LED displays not only commercial display applications, but also bringing the full strength of Micro-LED ultra-clear and ultra-thin in high-end scenarios such as conferences and education.
As the "ultimate display technology", the application scope of Micro-LED is not limited to this. At the exhibition site, Chenxian Optoelectronics also exhibited several world-first products, allowing the audience to see the charm of Micro-LED.
The new generation of 135-inch P0.7 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen created by Chenxian Optoelectronics has the advantage of ultra-high display performance, with a peak brightness of up to 1500nits, a contrast ratio of >6,000:1, a pixel of 1.64 million/㎡, and a DCI-P3 color gamut of >98%. Through the integration of AM+TFT driving mode, 0.5T ultra-thin glass as the substrate, high-voltage and low-current LED chips, and fully laminated aluminum brackets, the screen also has four major advantages of eye protection, splicing effect, high reliability, and energy saving, which helps the efficient application of Micro-LED technology;
Chenxian Optoelectronics' world's first TFT-based Micro-LED texture screen, "InviLux", uses micro-nano texture coating technology to present a variety of texture effects such as wood grain, marble grain, and metal grain, allowing Micro-LED to perfectly integrate into various scenes when the screen is off;
